We collect the minimum needed to reply to you and run the site. We don’t sell your data. Anything you tell us about your business stays between us.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, work email, company, phone (optional), and the brief you send. From your browser: standard analytics signals like page views, referrer, device class, and approximate region (city-level).

How we use it

To reply to you, follow up on the engagement, and improve the site. We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing. We don’t train any AI model on your messages or your business data.

Who we share it with

Three classes of processors, all standard for a B2B website:

  • Hosting & email infrastructure — to deliver the site and route your message to us.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) — to understand which pages help and which don’t.
  • Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA v3) — to keep automated submissions out of our inbox.

We never sell your data. We never share it with anyone outside the processors above.

How long we keep it

Form submissions: 36 months by default, sooner on request. Analytics: per Google’s standard retention. We’ll delete your record from our side within seven business days of a request.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it — at any time, no reason needed. Reach us through our contact form. If you’re in the EU/UK, you also have the standard GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection).

Cookies

Details on what we set and why are in the Cookie Policy. You can block any of it in your browser without breaking the site.
