What we do
EntityNext designs and ships AI-native enterprise software, human-in-the-loop operations workflows, and custom enterprise platforms. We also publish ProcNext, our AI-native Source-to-Pay product. Each engagement is governed by its own master services agreement and statement of work.
Use of the website
The site is provided as-is for informational and contact purposes. Don’t scrape it, mirror it, or use it to build derivative content. Brand assets, copy, and visuals belong to EntityNext.
Initial contact
When you send us a brief, you confirm the information is yours to share and accurate. We’ll treat what you send with care and respond in good faith. Sending a brief does not create a consulting relationship — that begins only when both parties sign an engagement agreement.
Confidentiality
Anything you mark as confidential, or that’s clearly business-sensitive, we’ll treat as such. NDAs are available on request before any detailed discussion. Engagement-level confidentiality is set in the MSA.
Liability
The website is provided without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, EntityNext’s liability arising from website use is limited to direct damages and capped at any fees actually paid for that interaction (which is typically zero for a website visit). Engagement liability is governed by the MSA.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising solely from website use will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Engagement-level governing law and dispute resolution are negotiated in the MSA per customer.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you’ve accepted the new terms.
